Returns & Refunds
At Lurien, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewelry meets your expectations. If your selection is not the right fit for your journey, we are here to help you with a straightforward return process.
1. Return Policy
- 14-Day Window: you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges.
2. How to Start a Return
To ensure a smooth process, all returns are handled manually by our team:

Request: Send an email to returns@lurien.nl within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: We will review your request and provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions within 1-2 business days.

Note: Do not send returns to the address on the original shipping label (our fulfillment center). These cannot be processed.

Shipment: Ship the item back to us using a carrier of your choice.

Tracking: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a service with Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at returns@lurien.nl within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damage and your order reference.
- Once verified, we will refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
