Our policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened. Rings and other jewelry can be fitted for size but must remain in pristine condition.

How to return

To maintain our standards and ensure a quick process, we handle returns manually: 1. Send an email to returns@lurien.nl including your order number. 2. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions within 1-2 Business days. 3. Ship the item using a carrier of your choice. Please keep your tracking code as proof of shipment.
